I am trying to find what kind of sausage Denny’s 24 hr restaurants use for their Hearty Skillet Breakfast sausage. They have to get it from somewhere. Its big (size of bun-size hot dogs – but fatter, like a Bratwurst), I don’t know if beef, I am pretty sure its pork?
Usinger’s doesn’t supply any sausage to Denny’s. Your best bet is to ask someone at Denny’s.
